Are all your items authentic?
We ensure that all our items go through thorough checks by our experienced professional authenticators. Any items that do not pass the authentication process will not be listed on our store.
What is the condition of the item?
Here at Poshler Collective, we aim to be as detailed as possible when describing the listed items. Please note that the items listed are pre-loved and not brand new.

Can I return or cancel an order?
Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final. Please be sure to review all pictures and approach us with any queries or clarifications prior to making a purchase.

When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We strive to fulfill your orders as soon as possible. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! Please note that shipping charges apply and will be calculated on the checkout page.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes you may! At checkout, you may select the option to collect your order physically. Please note that this option is only available for Singapore. Please contact us with your order confirmation to arrange for a meet.
Alternatively, if you are in Singapore, you may also request to view an item physically before making a purchase. Please contact us to arrange for a meeting.
