Slight scratches on hardware. No tear, no smell. Slight sign of use on exterior as shown in photos: 
- Bag exterior: Slight rub/ little white stain on the leather and a couple of tiny stains on nylon

- Zippers are good in general but the last 3 cm of zipper (you may rarely open until there) may not be smooth all the time
